The Challenge
Cotti-Johnson HVAC had strong real-world trust, years of service history, and a wide range of home comfort services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and duct cleaning. However, the website was not capturing enough local organic traffic from high-intent searches in Taunton, Raynham, and nearby service areas. Before the campaign, the website generated only 140 organic clicks from 11.7K impressions, with a 1.2% CTR and an average position of 28.7. Several important service pages were under-optimized, local keyword targeting was weak, and the site structure did not clearly connect core services with the main service areas. The main challenge was to improve rankings, increase qualified traffic, and turn stronger visibility into more calls and service leads.
