The Challenge
FamilyTime Centers had strong clinical experience, trusted therapists, and a wide range of therapy services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, child therapy, trauma therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, crisis support, and teen therapy. However, the website needed a stronger SEO structure to capture high-intent patient searches across Los Angeles and California. Before the campaign, the website generated only 260 organic clicks from 18.6K impressions, with a 1.4% CTR and an average position of 27.9. Important therapy service pages were not fully optimized around how people search for mental health support, and location/service intent was not clearly connected across the website. The main challenge was to improve visibility for therapy-related searches while building trust, topical authority, and stronger conversion paths for people looking for care.
