The Challenge
Fraum Center had strong clinical credibility, an experienced care team, and a wide range of non-surgical treatment options, but the website needed a stronger SEO structure to capture high-intent patient searches. Before the campaign, the website generated only 220 organic clicks from 15.7K impressions, with a 1.4% CTR and an average position of 24.6. Important condition and treatment pages were not fully optimized around how patients actually search for care, such as back pain relief, knee pain treatment, spinal decompression, chiropractic care, neuropathy treatment, and non-surgical pain solutions in Hilton Head. The site also needed better topical authority, stronger internal linking, and clearer service-to-condition connections. The main challenge was to turn Fraum Center's real-world medical authority into stronger Google visibility, more qualified organic traffic, and more patient inquiries.
